The C92K series of CNC fully hydraulic die forging hammers (also known as program-controlled hammers) are among the most advanced die forging equipment in the world. The impact energy and forging process can be digitally controlled (with a deviation of ±1.5%), making them suitable for multi-variety, high-volume production of precision die forgings across various industries. They are particularly well-suited for precision forgings with thin walls, complex cavities, and high density, and serve as the core forging equipment for fully automated CNC precision die forging production lines.

Automotive manufacturing industry: Used for forging core automotive components such as connecting rods, gears, crankshafts, and universal joints.
• Aerospace industry: Used for forging high-density precision parts with complex shapes, such as engine blades, wheel hubs, and landing gear components.
• Tools and hardware industry: Used for forging wrenches, pliers, cutting tools, hand tools, and more.
• Construction machinery industry: Used for forging hydraulic pipe fittings, pin shafts, gear teeth blocks, and other components.
• Motorcycle industry: Used for forging precision forgings related to motorcycles.
• Medical device industry: Used for forging various types of medical precision forgings.
Other fields: Precision die forgings for agricultural machinery parts, valves, daily hardware, architectural hardware, power fittings, lifting appliances and slings, coal mining machinery, ships, railways, and other industries.
Special forging applications: High-precision complex forging manufacturing
Particularly suitable for multi-variety, high-volume precision forging production lines, as well as for irregular parts with thin walls, difficult-to-fill mold cavities, thin ribs, and forgings with strict tolerance requirements. It is also well-suited for producing high-density, high-precision, complex precision forgings in the aerospace industry.
