Old pneumatic hammers retrofitted into electro-hydraulic hammers

The plan to retrofit the Old pneumatic hammers retrofitted into electro-hydraulic hammers requires no changes to the original pneumatic hammer foundation and anvil. Openings are made on the left and right sides of the upper part of the pneumatic hammer body to connect the new hammer rod and hammer head. The original internal transmission components, hammer rod, piston, and other parts of the pneumatic hammer are no longer used. A new electro-hydraulic power head is installed on top of the frame, along with a new hydraulic power unit and piping system, nitrogen gas cylinder assembly, and electrical control system. This retrofit upgrades the original equipment to a fully hydraulic electro-hydraulic hammer, making operation more convenient.

Product Features

Pain point
  1. The front and rear cylinder bores are worn oversize; replacing components cannot restore lifting and striking performance.
  2. Cracks in the hammer body cause air leakage or compression gas leakage between front and rear cylinders, and cannot be repaired.
  3. Severe wear of transmission components, with abnormal noises persisting after partial replacement.
  4. Failure to pass environmental impact assessment due to noise, vibration, and oil mist issues.
Advantages
  1. Elimination of oil mist pollution, significant noise reduction, and improved working environment.
  2. Increased weight of the falling parts during striking, resulting in higher impact energy.
  3. Stable performance of the electro-hydraulic hammer with greatly reduced failure rate.
  4. Upgradeable to automated electric-controlled striking with synchronized operation via manipulator.
Solution 1
Retains the original pneumatic hammer foundation and anvil block + new frame and electro-hydraulic power system.
Solution 2
Utilizes the original pneumatic hammer foundation, anvil block, and frame + electro-hydraulic power system.
