AYANK FORGING's newly developed release agent spraying equipment—the automated mold lubrication and cooling system—has been thoroughly designed with safety in mind. It incorporates structural upgrades to mitigate safety risks and features intelligent enhancements. The equipment can achieve data linkage with forging machinery, automatically spraying release agent in sync with the forging cycle. Additionally, it allows for adjustments to spray volume, spray duration, atomization effect, spray position, and cycle time. The system is easy to install, user-friendly, safe, and highly efficient.

AYANK FORGING Automated Mold Lubrication and Cooling Equipment

The automated mold lubrication and cooling equipment developed and produced by AYANK FORGING adopts a split structure, consisting of three main parts: the workstation, the controller, and the fixed/retractable spray head.

Workstation Function: Stores the release agent and continuously stirs it; stores cleaning fluid; features a one-click cleaning function to clean the release agent channels when not in use.
Controller: Equipped with a touchscreen for easy adjustment of parameters such as spray time, spray direction, spray position, system pressure, and spray cycle.
Fixed/Retractable Spray Head: The direct spraying interface.
