The production line integrates a medium-frequency induction furnace, billet shearing machine, industrial robot, CNC forging hammer, and rolling mill. It adopts the innovative "forging-rolling combined process," achieving fully automated production from bar heating → precision shearing → robotic feeding → pre-forging (upsetting) with the CNC hammer → precision rolling with the mill → heat treatment. This enables the large-scale production of high-hardness, wear-resistant steel balls.
