The ZHJ SERIES Forging Charger Rail Bound is hydraulic and mechanical mixed type. According to the operation type, it is divided into clamping type, holding type and fork type, it can accomplish movements, such as loading and charging manipulator travelling, upper part travelling on chassis, upper part rotating, clamp rod stretch out and draw back, clamp rod goes up and down, clamp head rotating action etc.It is used to load and transport the billet and forging from furnace, it greatly reduce the handling time, increases the productivity, reduces labor intensity, realizes forging production mechanization.

This hydraulic-mechanical hybrid equipment efficiently loads and transports billets/forgings from furnaces via clamping, holding, or fork mechanisms.
