Trackless Forging Loading and Unloading Machine

2025-11-04

AYANK FORGING Forging Charging Machine is the core equipment for achieving automated material transfer in forging workshops. It is primarily used for gripping high-temperature billets from furnaces and accurately transporting them to forging presses. Utilizing a hydraulic-mechanical hybrid drive system, the machine can perform combined motions such as clamping, lifting, rotating, telescoping, and traversing, significantly reducing the safety risks associated with manual handling. Equipped with three gripping modes (clamp-type, support-type, and fork-type), it can adapt to billets and forgings of various shapes, substantially shortening material transfer time and effectively enhancing the continuity and overall operational efficiency of the forging production line. It is an essential piece of equipment for modern forging workshops aiming for mechanized and intelligent production.

Introduction to the Trackless Forging Charging Machine

The Trackless Forging Charging Machine is a hydraulically driven, wheeled, trackless charging and handling machine powered by an internal combustion engine. It is suitable for loading and unloading billets from furnaces in forging workshops, as well as for handling, placing, flipping, and manipulating dies for forging hammers. It can also perform simple forging operations on non-shaft type workpieces at presses.
The machine is capable of performing six movements: travel, turning, gripper clamping, gripper head rotation, parallel lifting/lowering of the clamp arm, and tilting (upward/downward) of the clamp arm. It is characterized by reliable performance, responsive operation, simple controls, and easy maintenance.
Free from track constraints, the machine can operate at various workstations within the workshop and travel to any vehicle-accessible location, greatly improving machine utilization. Using this machine for furnace loading/unloading operations effectively improves worker conditions, reduces labor intensity, significantly shortens hot material extraction time, and increases heating furnace efficiency.
The machine's clamp frame can be manufactured as a single-arm, downward-extending, reversible structure or a manipulator-style jaw structure. This allows for securely gripping short shafts, blocks, discs, and slender materials, and enables flipping and moving operations of the workpiece during forging on the press. The gripper head can also be constructed as a dual-arm embracing structure, suitable for securely gripping rod-shaped, bar, and block materials, but without flipping capability. The clamp frame of this machine can be manufactured in various configurations and allows for quick interchangeability.
