一. Preparation before test run

1. Before the equipment is tested, the thin oil lubrication station should be filled with 68# guide rail lubricating oil and run

Replace with new oil after a week and check the oil tank level frequently to ensure normal lubrication of the equipment.

2. Before commissioning, the grease lubrication pump should be filled with 00# lithium-based grease (use 00# in spring, summer, and autumn, and 000# in winter). Turn on the lubrication pump to ensure that the screw pair and guide rail are fully lubricated and then switch to automatic lubrication.

3. There are two pressure-injection oil cups above the flywheel for lubricating the flywheel copper sleeve. An appropriate amount of 00# lithium-based grease should be injected every quarter.

二. Precautions for using the equipment

In order to ensure that the press is in good working condition for a long time, the following operating procedures must be strictly followed:

(1) If the maximum energy of the machine cannot be used when imprinting, correcting, or forging hardware tools, tableware, and medical equipment on a press with small deformation, large deformation force, and rigid impact, the set energy must not be greater than the nominal energy. 40% to avoid overloading and causing equipment failure. For example, pay special attention when forging forgings with small deformation such as valves and tableware, as well as during stamping and correction processes.

(2) Regardless of whether it is in working or non-working state, the distance between the bottom surface of the slider and the flat surface on the workbench pad is not allowed to be less than 560mm, that is, the height of the mold (including the mold base) is not allowed to be lower than this value.

(3) The air pressure and safety valve of the air pipeline must be adjusted according to the specified pressure, and there must be no air leakage at each connection.

(4) The overload safety device must be adjusted accurately, safely and reliably, that is, the tensioning force of the tightening bolt is adjusted to a point where the flywheel friction safety device has a small amount of slippage when the machine's impact force is 10,000KN.

(5) Ensure that each lubrication point has enough lubricating oil. The lubricating oil must be clean and the lubrication should be as shown in Figure 10.

(6) If the guide rail is worn, the insert screws are loose or during overhaul, the guide rail gap should be adjusted to ensure the accuracy of the press.

(7) After every 10,000 uses of the equipment, all connecting parts of the machine tool should be inspected, and if the bolts are loose, they should be tightened.

三. Maintenance and maintenance of mechanical parts:

1. Basic part of equipment

Check the degree of contamination of the foundation pit, check whether there is water accumulation, whether there is oxide scale accumulation, and clean it if necessary; check whether the workbench is deformed. If it is deformed, contact our company for after-sales repair in time; check whether the anchor bolts and wedge irons are loose. If they are loose, Adjust the preload manually; check whether the foot switch is oxidized or not. If the blockage of skin and other foreign matter affects normal operation, clean it in time; check that the operating space around the hammer head and the mold (around the mold, above the slider) should be kept clean and tidy and free of foreign matter at all times; check the tightening of the guide plate screws to ensure that they are not loose , if there is any looseness, tighten it immediately...

2. Transmission system

Check the axial clearance between the thrust bearing and the screw. The clearance is ≤0.7mm. Adjust when it becomes larger. Check whether the guide rail gap becomes larger. The comprehensive clearance is 0.4-0.6mm. Adjust when it becomes larger. Check whether there is wear or scratches on the guide rail contact surface. Check in time. Contact our company’s after-sales service department; check whether the flywheel bolts are No looseness, if loose, adjust the pre-tightening; check whether the pinion gear compression nut is loose, if loose, adjust the pre-tightening or replace the disc spring; check whether the gap between the large and small gears is too large, the gap between teeth is 0.5-0.7mm; check the pinion gear Is there any damage or carbonization? If it is damaged or carbonized, it should be replaced.

3. Braking system

Check whether the brake screw is loose. If loose, tighten it. Check whether the brake spring is deformed or damaged. If it is deformed or damaged, replace it. Check whether the brake friction plate is worn. The gap is 2-3mm. If it is exceeded, adjust or replace it.

4. Hydraulic lubrication system

Check the top material oil pipe to see if the oil pipe is damaged and the joints are not loose; check the lubrication system (lubricating hydraulic station) to see if the oil is sufficient and whether there are leaks in the joints and oil pipes; check the working status of the hydraulic lubrication pipeline to see if there is damage or leakage; Check whether there is enough oil in the oil tank, oil pool, oil cup, pump, etc., and clean them in time if there is any dirt; check whether there is oil leakage in each oil injection part, oil pipe, and joints. If there is oil leakage, replace the seal immediately.

四. Maintenance and maintenance of electrical systems

1. Electrical control part

Check the main power supply and check the power supply. The rated voltage should be within ±10%; check whether the emergency stop button is normal and ensure that the emergency stop button can stop the car normally; check whether the inverter is clean and free of dust and dust; check the control panel indicator light and check the indicator light. Working condition, make sure that the indicator light can be on and off normally; check the buzzer of the control box, check the working condition of the buzzer, and ensure that the buzzer can sound and stop normally; check the alarm light of the control box, check the working condition of the alarm light, and ensure that the alarm The light can turn on, sound, stop and go out normally.

2. Electrical components and connections

3. Pneumatic system

System grounding: Check the appearance of the pneumatic system to ensure that the connecting wires are intact and not broken; check the working status of the electrical pipelines to see if there is damage or leakage; check the joint joints to find and replace the seals in time; check whether the air filter is in good condition There are defects such as looseness, damage, and blockage;

4. Sensing system

Check the condition of the encoder transmission mechanism, check whether the belt is aged and cracked, and replace it in time; check the pressure value display to ensure that the working pressure is within the working range; check the liquid level sensor, network blockage sensor, total air source pressure sensor, and thin oil flow sensor Whether the status is normal, whether there is an alarm, etc.

5. Maintenance frequency

Carry out daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly inspections in strict accordance with the inspection locations and standards in the inspection schedule, and perform corresponding maintenance as required to ensure the overall performance and safety of the equipment.
