Old pneumatic hammers retrofitted into electro-hydraulic hammers
The original pneumatic hammer foundation and anvil block require no modification. Openings are created on the left and right sides of the upper part of the pneumatic hammer frame to connect the new hammer rod and hammer head. The internal transmission components, hammer rod, piston, etc., of the original pneumatic hammer are no longer used. A completely new electro-hydraulic power unit is installed on top of the frame, accompanied by a new hydraulic station and pipeline system, nitrogen cylinder groups, and an electrical control system. This retrofitting transforms the hammer into a fully hydraulic electro-hydraulic hammer, resulting in simpler operation.
